Return and Refund Policy - lowPolysm

Thank you for choosing lowPolysm - Your 3D Papercraft Universe! We offer digital templates and patterns for creating 3D paper models. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products available on www.lowpolysm.com are digital items (files such as PDF, SVG, DXF templates and accompanying instructions) delivered electronically via download.

No physical products are shipped!

2. General Policy on Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital items (files), they aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, please note that refunds cannot be made once ANY of the purchased files are downloaded. We encourage you to review the product descriptions, preview images, required materials, and tools carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Consumer Rights (European Union & EEA)

For customers residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA): You typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right of withdrawal is waived if:

  • You give your express prior consent to begin the performance (i.e., downloading the file) before the withdrawal period ends;
  • You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and initiating the download of digital templates from lowPolysm, you will be asked to provide this consent and acknowledgement. This means you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once ANY file download begins.

4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Considered

While our policy is generally no refunds on downloaded digital items, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis (e.g., Accidental Duplicate Purchase, unresolved technical issues with files).

5. How to Request Refund Consideration

Please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase via email at help@lowpolysm.com.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A clear description of the issue qualifying for an exception
  • Relevant screenshots or proof (if applicable)

We will review your request based on the exceptions outlined and aim to respond within 3-5 business days. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All decisions on exceptions are made at the discretion of lowPolysm. Furthermore, please be aware that if a refund is approved under an exception, the final amount refunded may exclude any non-refundable transaction fees (such as payment processing costs) incurred during the original purchase and any differences resulting from currency conversion rates; these costs are passed to the buyer.
